COVID-19 – Ordering food and renewing prescriptions

Veterinary clinics are considered an essential service. For this reason, we remain open to continue to provide our clients the possibility of food purchase and/or the renewal of medication for your pets. The clinic has put in place preventative measures in order to limit the transmission of the virus for you and your pet’s protection, and that of our employees.

Given the high demand for supplies and in order to free up our telephone lines to enable us to respond quickly to emergencies, we provide you with forms that we encourage you to use for any order or renewal. We will respond to your requests within 24-72 hours.

Even when you are faced with difficult decisions, such as when the time has come to consider euthanasia, you can count on the compassion of a team that is committed to and understands its community.
Our team of veterinarians and technicians has developed extensive expertise in veterinary care: general medicine, surgery, vaccination, sterilization, laboratory and digital radiology. Our dental care covers digital radiography, scaling and extractions.
We prefer to prevent parasites such as fleas or ticks rather than see our patients suffer and contaminate the homes of our valued clients.

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit are the strength of our staff. We apply a continuing education plan adapted to the changing needs of our customers in order to promote animal welfare.
