It is now possible to consult your veterinary team remotely! Telemedicine (“medicine at a distance”) allows you to consult your veterinarian, via video or even simply over the phone, about your pet’s specific medical condition, be it a newly occurring problem or a condition for which a follow-up consultation is required.

At Passionimo, we know that your relationship with your pet matters greatly to you and that your time is valuable. This is why a number of our member clinics are now offering a telemedicine service. During your appointment, you and your pet have exclusive access to your animal health care professionals from the comfort of your own home. This is an excellent option during the COVID-19 pandemic: you can discuss your pet’s problem without having to go to your veterinary clinic in person.

Some conditions or illnesses are better suited than others to this innovative service. Check with your regular veterinary team whether telemedicine is the best option for you and your pet.
