Jade Pauze
Directrice générale, Passionimo
With several years of experience in management and organizational transformation within the optical industry, Jade now brings her expertise to Passionimo. As General Manager, she supports Passionimo’s teams and establishments in the growth of the banner. She is committed to creating tangible value for the network, strengthening connections among its members, and promoting Quebec veterinary medicine, while keeping animal well-being and the day-to-day realities of teams at the heart of her decisions.
Emilie Bayard
Directrice Regional des opérations
A graduate in Animal Health Technology, Émilie dedicated 15 years of her career to the Bois-des-Filion Veterinary Clinic and the La Plaine Veterinary Clinic. Over the years, she held several positions, including Animal Health Technician, Head Technician, and Clinic Director. Thanks to her proactive nature and adaptability, Émilie brings her own special touch to the Passionimo team. Outside of work, she enjoys pursuing her passion for horseback riding and is also a devoted soccer mom.
She is also the adoptive mom of an adorable three-year-old corgi named Wallace, a little star who has appeared in some of Passionimo’s videos, not to mention her seven-year-old rabbit, Bennette.
James Dambreville

With more than 20 years of experience managing multi-site networks, James has built his career across a variety of industries, including retail, entertainment, and animal health. Over the years, he has led large-scale operations, supported the growth of sizeable teams, and helped improve the performance of networks comprising up to 80 locations. Today, as Senior Director of Affiliate Operations at Passionimo, he applies this expertise to supporting the network’s establishments across Quebec. His role involves building lasting relationships, helping teams address operational challenges, and fostering structured growth. James holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal’s School of Management and is also a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Administrators.

Joanie is a certified Animal Health Technician with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently taking management courses at HEC Montréal. She has also completed training with the Personality Insight Institute as a DISC consultant, as well as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training.Over the past 10 years, she has worked in both general and behavioural medicine at an animal hospital in Montreal’s West Island. Her diverse expertise allows her to address the varied needs of members while complementing the organization’s range of professional services.An athlete at heart, Joanie participates in triathlons, dog agility, and rock climbing. She also serves as a Canadian-level judge for dog agility and disc dog competitions.
For the past few years, Joanie has shared her life with Olive, a Vizsla, and Lexi, an American Coonhound mix.
Marmara Theodore

As Marketing Coordinator at Passionimo, Marmara helps strengthen the brand’s visibility and supports establishments with their communication projects. With expertise in communications and event planning, she enjoys turning ideas into concrete initiatives that showcase teams and reinforce the network’s identity. Currently completing a master’s degree in health services administration at the Université de Montréal, she brings both a creative and strategic perspective to every project, with a focus on creating consistent, engaging experiences that reflect the realities of Passionimo establishments.
Stephanie Boutin

With several years of experience in management, business development, and administration, Stéphanie has worked in environments where versatility and strong organizational skills are essential. As Senior Operations Coordinator at Passionimo, she plays a key role in advancing the support services offered to the network’s establishments. Through her ability to manage multiple files at once, identify practical solutions, and ensure effective operational follow-up, she helps simplify the work of teams and move Passionimo’s projects forward every day.
